Property Visit
£45 per visit (up to 60 minutes)
Professional property checks for:
- Empty homes
- Holiday homes
- Landlords between tenancies
- Homeowners away
- Families managing a relative’s property
A typical visit may include:
- Internal and external visual inspection
- Meter readings
- Post collection
- Alarm reset assistance
- Basic condition summary
- Photo update if requested
Designed to provide reassurance and practical oversight when you cannot attend in person.
Supervised Access Visit
£40 per visit (up to 60 minutes)
On-site attendance to:
- Let in tradespeople
- Supervise deliveries
- Provide access for surveys
- Meet utility providers
I remain on site to ensure responsible access and can provide a short written summary if required.
Independent Living Support Visit
£40 per visit (up to 60 minutes)
Non-clinical practical support for individuals living independently.
May include:
- Welfare check visit
- Light practical assistance
- Accompanied local appointment
- Optional family update
This is not a care service and does not provide personal or medical care.
Additional Time
Additional 30 minutes: £15
Out-of-hours (by arrangement): +£10 (Closed on Sunday)
