Personal Assistance Visit (up to 1 hour) – £35
For errands, appointments, or an extra pair of hands.

Includes:

• Shopping or running errands
   
• Companionship to appointments
   
• Waiting in for deliveries or tradespeople
   
• Pet check-ins
  ✔ Travel within 10 miles included
   

Accompanied Appointments – £45 (up to 90 mins)
A friendly companion to get you to and from your GP, hospital, or optician, including wait time.

Family Update Add-On – £5
Optional written note, message, or photos sent to a relative after the visit.

Home or Property Visit (up to 60 mins) – £40
For keeping your home or holiday let secure and looked after.
Includes:

• Keyholding tasks
   
• Guest or contractor check-ins/outs
   
• Light inspection & report
   
• Utility readings
   
• Post-stay walkthroughs
  ✔ First 10 miles from Ferndown included
   

Airbnb / Holiday Let Turnover Support – £35 per visit
Includes:

• Guest check-in OR check-out
   
• Inventory/photo check
   
• Coordination with your cleaner or linen provider
   
• Property readiness walk-through
  (Cleaning not included — coordination only)
   

Contractor Access Visit – £35
Letting in tradespeople and staying for up to 1 hour, with optional follow-up report.

Property Report / Documentation Visit – from £45
Full inventory photos, meter readings, lock change support or new tenant pack drop-offs.

Emergency Call-Out (Same Day) – £40
For last-minute issues such as key delivery, guest problems, alarm resets or water leaks.
