At the heart of Manage My House Ltd is Rochelle Davies, a seasoned professional with a passion for seamless property management and customer service excellence. As Director of Manage My House Ltd and Co-owner of A & R Property Maintenance, Rochelle brings a wealth of experience from both the UK and South Africa, ensuring clients receive expert, hassle-free home management solutions. 

With a career spanning over 20 years in hotel management, Rochelle has honed a deep understanding of high-quality service and attention to detail—an expertise she seamlessly applies to property management. Her journey also includes managing tenanted properties, holiday lets, and Airbnb accommodations for an investment and property management company here in the UK and in Cape Town, South Africa. This international experience has shaped her ability to manage properties with both efficiency and a personal touch. 

The Vision Behind Manage My House

Rochelle founded Manage My House Ltd to introduce a first-of-its-kind property management model—a pay-as-you-go service with no lengthy contracts or commission-based fees. She recognised the need for a straightforward, flexible approach, allowing homeowners to access professional property management only when they need it.

With a dedication to integrity, transparency, and reliability, Rochelle ensures that Manage My House Ltd offers tailored solutions for homeowners, landlords, and holiday let owners who want peace of mind without the usual constraints.

When not working, Rochelle enjoys writing, travelling, spending quality time with her husband Anthony and their dog Bailey.
