After over 20 years in luxury hotel management and hands-on property operations across the UK and South Africa, Rochelle saw a gap in the market: landlords, Airbnb hosts, and holiday let owners needed expert help—but not always a full-time agent.

That’s why she launched Manage My House Ltd: a first-of-its-kind pay-as-you-go property management service. No contracts. No commissions. Just support when you actually need it.

Rochelle brings a unique blend of hospitality, property management, and maintenance experience to every client interaction. Whether it's turning over a holiday home between guests or coordinating emergency repairs, her focus is always the same—high standards, fast response, and total peace of mind.

Her background includes managing tenanted properties, Airbnb units, and holiday lets for a property investment group, both in the UK and in Cape Town. This international perspective, combined with deep local knowledge in Dorset, shapes the service that Manage My House provides today: efficient, personal, and always dependable.

Rochelle founded Manage My House to put control back in the hands of property owners. With her commitment to integrity, transparency, and flexibility, she’s built a service designed around real-life needs—not agency contracts.
